vtech 199103 "Gear Up and Go" Giraffe - Multi Color

Excellent! I decided to buy this as my child really likes spinning things with their finger; I thought something with cogs would give them lots of options of wheeels to spin! It has been a real success. I really love this toy! Along with the cogs for turning (my child is nine months) there are sounds and lights to entertain as well. The best part is when you push the giraffe along its neck and head move from side to side in the motion of a real giraffe! It says 18m+ on the box, and this may be accurate for the changing cogs and quiz aspect, but as mentioned, my child is nine months and is already getting good use out of it.

I bought it for my 2years old son, as we had the train section/set of this VTech Gear Up! product range. He loved the train and now he loves the giraffe as well. Few button but many function by them, the different animal sounds, the (kid-friendly) scientific facts, the piano-mode, the songs, etc. You can build with the cogs/gears, or with the train (if you got it as well as us), so this toy is hours of fun! Even my elder children (6 and 8) are playing with it, happily!

Bought this as a gift for my friends daughter. Its a great toy, very chunky and solid, loud and bright. The cogs are perfect size and aren't a choking hazard. 1 tip for future models would be a string to pull it a long if you don't have the other connections. Otherwise fantastic toy.

We love the Gearaffe, nothing bad to say about it. Bright, fun and interactive. My daughter loves it. Only drawback - way too much packaging which is tricky to remove.

Brought for my sons birthday in October. Much cheaper on amazon than anywhere else so even better!!
