Poor Quality Product , 1) Inner plastic broken just used of few months 2) Below 80 kg I would recommend and iam 95kg 3) Rubber top was hard and sturdy first month and later soft numb Over All Not Recommend , I brought it seeing good reviews but regret it 😕

There's a common misconception that this is a warmup device. While any form of light cardio, including foam rolling, can be used for warming up your muscles, it's main benefit is in aiding with muscle recovery For me, it has helped me immensely with muscle soreness and light muscle injuries. It's build quality is superb and can easily handle my body weight (~80kg) without warping. Tossed it in my bag while travelling and it stayed strong and robust Definitely recommend
