Its more than amazing book My almost 5 years old boy, loves it.. he loves the exercises, photos , very simple english words.. i highly recommand this bookk.. He even started expressing his feelings and understand much more why he feels anything

My daughter has become so much better at recognizing her feelings through this book. She is able to express her feelings better. She loves reading the book so it helps with her reading comprehension too.

My 8yr old is really enjoying reading this together. He happily jumps off his games when I ask if he wants to read a chapter together. It’s given him a good insight into navigating his emotions & understanding others. Highly recommend!

Very good book to teach kids about their feelings.

This book is a must for any child who needs some help learning to manage their emotions. My six year old son has always felt big emotions and this book really helped him to manage meltdowns and calm himself. It is age appropriate, engaging, and helpful. 10/10!

I am 8 years old, the book was very good it helped me understand about feelings and emotions and encouraged me to talk about it. The excercises after every chapter gave me a better insight! Must buy 🙂
