Better Than Many Other Brands
Dissolve fast, taste fine. Better than others I have tried, so I think paying more is worth it. After a night sleeping with air-con, they do seem to help rehydration. Lime and berry good, fruit punch not to my taste.

Do not buy
Absolutely terrible! Arrived and all the electrolyte tablets were melted and out of the packaging. Unable to use. Also not eligible for return!!!!

Difficult to separate
The tablest were stuck together so it was very difficult to separate them but no big deal, you need a knife. Other than that they do the trick to prevent dehydration and flavor is very nice.
