Have been using it for a month now, absorbs a large cup load of water every two days, in july and August very humid weather of UAE.

Excellent for the price and its size! BUT I need a replacement or refund
The device is excellent for my16sqm flat with 1BR. Does not overheat and its mechanism sound is neglible. I placed it in my room, and the efficiency reaches the living room thereby stopped molds in my velvety grandmother's chair. I recommend for a studio or a smaller 1BR place.Indeed a good product IF it is durable. It suddenly stopped after few days of use. I would like to request for replacement OR refund.

Before buying and complaining that it’s not working - check humidity level first!
Delivery was very fast - something around 3-4 days. Yes, there’s no UAE plug but I managed to put it in electric socket without adapter. Dehumidifier is working perfectly. Just after 2 hours it collected around 50 ml of water. And for other folks who’s complaining that it’s not working. Check your humidity level first! The ideal is between 40 to 60 %. Maybe it’s not working for you because there’s no extra humidity to collect??Personally, I’m 100 percent happy with purchase.
