I’m wanting this to flavor low carb mock apple desserts. Would this give a strong enough Apple flavoring and smell?

Yes for me it is. It has a very nice aroma of apples. I use it in my low carb desserts.

Tiny bottle but very, very potent. Gives a very authentic raspberry flavor compared to the cheap counterparts found at your local supermarket. 1 bottle gave the same punch as 3 Foster Clarks bottles.
