I have the bissel crosswave hf3 cordless, and when i saw this at a good price, i was tempted and bought it. However, this does not even hold a candle to the hf3. This unit is bulky, does not clean well - does not have a great suction and just too heavy to use around the house. Returned it. I was trying to review the hf3 as well, but i am redirected here. So writing the same here. The HF3 is a wonderful vaccum as long as it works. I think of all the wet and dry vaccums it has the most sorted functionality that makes cleaning it a breeze. However, it is only as good as it is working error free. The minute you have an issue, they wont honor the warranty. Only pray that you have bought it from amazon as the seller, as of all the sellers on the marketplace, only amazon seems to care about its customers, and they might be able to give you a partial refund. However, the warranty sucks - there is a hose that is internal to the product and it tears off within a year, and BISSEL wont honor the warranty. If you are OK in purchasing this product and using it for a year and are OK in buying another one at the end of the year - GO AHEAD. If you plan to use it for a long time AVOID!!

Powerful and works how it is advertised. I didn’t anticipate the weight though. It’s quite heavy to lift and move around

Update on February 2022: after testing it on a small tomato sauce spill. I was very disappointed in that it doesn’t really scrub the floor well. The tomato paste is lifted but there is a very bad red stain left that can be removed by wiping with tissue or cloth. I don’t recommend this device for spills, I can only recommend as a daily quick vacuum/mop. Any spills will not be thoroughly cleaned and also cleaning the machine is very annoying afterwards. Great device. Otherwise don’t expect it to deep scrub tough stains. and it feels like it’s not deep cleaning surfaces but when walking over freshly cleaned surfaces it feels very nice on bare feet. From my experience it doesn’t leave any streaking or water spots on the floor. Also this device doesn’t get used daily because of the maintenance/cleaning required for it after each use.

Don’t buy it! I wish I wouldn’t read the reviews. Handle breaks easily it’s clearly a manufacturing issue. I called the service team and the handle spare parts are out of stock it’s less than a year plus it doesn’t vacuum properly.

The vacuum has two options: dry cleaning, which works perfectly, and wet cleaning, which doesn't perform as well. With the wet cleaning function, after spraying water, you need to go over the same area multiple times to dry it properly. Otherwise, the floor ends up with streaks and appears unclean

ممتازة للغاية و عملية... فعلا بتشتغل نص ساعة ... نظافتها رائعة... ثقيلة بعض الشئ.. شكلها عصري جدا و جميل لدرجة يمكن وضعها في الصالون لتصبح شبه تحفة حديثة!! لكن حتى تكون دائما نظافتها بمستوى عالي، وجب عليك اتباع إجراءات نظافتها و فك المساحة و تفريغ خزان الاوساح كل مرة و تركها خارجا لتجف لمدة زمنية قبل الاستعمال... و ذلك مرهق قليلا!!

كل شي فيها جميل واكثر من رائع المشكلة الوحيدة انها ما تدخل تحا الدواليب رغم المسافة قريبة يعني ما تنزل تحت الاثاث الي منطقة ضيقة

المنتج وصل مستخدم و مفتوح خدمه العملاء سيئه جدا و بدون تقديم اي حلول

صوتها واطي تنظف وطبعا الزوايا ما توصلها خربت بعد اقل من شهرين

It is excellent but now there is some problem with it and I have only used it for 3 months.
