Can you skip on concrete surfaces?

Yes, the speed cables that come with the Sonic Boom M2 speed jump rope can be used on concrete and tarmac. However it will deplete the polymer coating faster than on smooth surfaces. Also, to protect your joints, if jumping on solid hard surfaces like concrete, you should always use an exercise mat. No, this does not connect to any smart scales.

Does the wire bend easily?

To my knowledge no the wire doesn’t bend easily, I have not experienced any type of bending with regular use.

Does the wire hurt if your hit with it? I have a jump rope that if it i miss a jump and it hits me on my foot it hurts real bad
