My first experience with a meat grinder. I was impressed with the performance. It is light with a handle. The screw, blade, etc assembles very easily. It was easy to disassemble and wash the parts. I used it to grind meat. I also double ground on another occasion. I will try grinding chicken next but should be easier.

This is a strong machine that does a great job, efficiently! I bought this to try to make homemade dumplings for the holidays, as we need ground meat for the filling. We don't like to buy the ground meat at stores because it is not transparent what was ground into it, and it is also more expensive.Great things about this machine:1. All the parts that process/grind the meat are made of metal, so very high quality (no plastic parts). There is a optional sausage attachment (used after the grinding process) that is plastic, but that's not a part of the actual grinding, only shaping the sausage.2. Very easy to clean and simple to assemble up again. I appreciate this a lot. I have bought household appliances like meat slicer, and juicers, that have been a pain to clean, so I end reluctant to use. This is not the case here. The meat grinder is made up of 4 simple parts that can be easily disassembled and just running it through/under soapy water cleaned the meat (there were no crevices where it traps meat).3. Low noise. Makes a low hum, much like a vacuum cleaner, and is not unpleasant at all to hear. My dog is usually bothered by appliances like blenders, but he did not bark at this noise.

I have been using this grinder and I consider it very easy to use and very useful, I now grind my own meat for my hamburgers and I can now grind beef,pork and chicken to mix them and make different kinds of hamburgers. I grind the beef together with bacon and they taste wonderful. Before I got this one I was going to buy the adapter for my kitchenAid mixer but this one is lighter and easy to use and clean. YES I RECOMMEND IT.

This easy operated electric meat grinder is awesome. As an Asian, I like handmade wontons and dumplings. Before I have to buy ground pork or beef, and the quality is not always what I expect. Now I can just buy the pork and enjoy making ground meat myself in my kitchen. The suction power is good enough to make the premium ground meat.
