I buy coconut oil to cook with, add to my hot cereal, brush my teeth with, put on my skin. It's called pure coconut oil. How is this different?

Components of the oil are separated. This allows for the FCO to remain liquid as opposed to solid, like other coconut oil. FCO soaks into skin faster without the greasy feeling and does not have any scent.

Do I absolutely need to use the carrier oil?

What do I use coconut oil for?
