OtterboxSymmetry Clear Series Case For Iphone XS & Iphone X - Retail Packaging - Clear

Awesome case. Superbly made, perfect cut outs for iPhone XS.

Good protection with a reasonable amount of bulk added to the phone. Quality seems to be above average compared to cheaper cases. It is very clear and good looking, time will tell if it eventually turns yellow but I doubt that. The back portion is non-textured hard plastic, which means it will slide off of your lap or most other surfaces. The sides are a slightly more rubbery material that provides some grip, so it's not as slippery in the hand. Fits the phone very tightly. My only complaint is the buttons are very stiff to press. The "double-tap the side button" actions in iOS are kind of annoying due to the button stiffness with this case on. But overall I think it's an acceptable trade-off for the protection it provides the phone.

The product works as intended, but it's not crystal clear (packaging says it should be!) - it has this weird green tinge to it. Luckily my husband loves it, but it's definitely not what we thought we ordered.

Overall the product was as expected. The case is consistent with the quality I’ve come to expect from Otterbox, specifically their symmetry series. The reason I have not given the product a 5/5 is a result of the minor scratches that developed relative quickly (<2 weeks) on the back of the case after standard personal use. The scratches (so far) are really only visible after careful inspection of the case.

Bought for my wife's new apple Xs on 02/24/20she's the lady who drops her phone multiple times a day, on carpet, wood, garage floor, sidewalk, getting out of the car and down the basement stairs.at the same time I also installed an added impact glass [not just a film] to help protect the phone. I wanted her to buy a higher protection level case like the commuter or defender but as usual I got pushback that it was too 'bulky'.Here I am a year later to give you all a quick review of the product, its awesome! no damage to her phone despite how its used/treated. I have noticed that the clear case has turned a yellow over time and maybe thats due to UV or heat from the phone. Nonetheless I went on otterbox's web site and processed a warranty claim for a replacement. So rest assured if you or your loved ones DROP their phones as frequently as by beloved wife than be confident in your purchase of this case.
