Cuisinart Chef's Classic Nonstick Bakeware 14" Pizza Silver AMB-14PP

I bought both this cupcake size and the jumbo muffin size and this one weighs about twice what the other one of the same line and brand. Very impressive and should be excellent for moist cupcakes. The difference between the 2 seems to be this one says heavy gauge aluminized steel or something whereas the jumbo muffin pan just says heavy gauge. Generally I avoid aluminum pans of all sorts and have gotten rid of all I had of that in favor of glass, but since I always use a paper liner or two, and never am cooking acidy items like tomato products that are not healthy in aluminum, I am ok with this as it is clearly excellent quality.

These are very well built. They’re not jumbo, they’re not miniature, they are your perfect standard muffin size.

It seems like it is a good product. I have not used it yet.

I reordered and got a second one. Good things are rarely cheap and cheap things are rarely good.
