This is the only thing that works for me for overnight protection on my first 5 days. It does have a slight wet feel that I don't get from most other pads and that's the only downside for me.

Absolutley brilliant pads, for qnyone that has very heavy periods these are fantastic. I use them during the day and at night. Just cant find anything close to them in the shops here. The extra wings makes it very easy to keep them in place too.

It is all good and helps in heavy flow however the self glue to stick it is not good. Hence 4 stars

I wish these were on shelves in shops and found them alot sooner. I find them secure and I don't have anxiety that I'm going to leak because these have protected me. I use these on my monthly cycles and it's the only pad I've found that I dont leak.
