Spectrum Essentials Ground Flaxseed with Mixed Berries, 12 Oz

I’m very happy with this - mild, pleasant flavor. I use it with oatmeal to add fiber. I had previously bought Badia Organic ground flaxseed (because it was cheap) as the first I’d ever tried, and it was very RANCID tasting and smelling. I wondered if that was normal and if is NOT.

I bought this to use in my yogurt in the morning. I love the little berry pieces that add a wonderful bite and flavor to the plain vanilla yogurt. Couldn’t find them in the store so was happy to find them on Amazon. Some people complained that the expy date was too soon but I keep them in the freezer and scoop out a serving every morning so it’s perfect as far as I’m concerned. Nice product and decent price.

This is such a great product! I love the added fruit. I am new to using flaxseed but have not regretted starting my use with this bag. I use it daily in my oatmeal! Great buy!

Good product for a reasonable price, but Impossible to read and understand expiration date. That's why I gave "4" for freshness

5-star ground flaxseed so tasty. Always use it on my yogurt w/fresh fruit. Delicious.
