Is this item easy to use

They're chewable, and not bad tasting, so I consider this easy to take. They're minty and refreshing.

It says chewable. Would it be ok to swallow?

I believe the purpose of the tablet is to keep as much of the probiotic healthy bacteria in your mouth to fight the bad bacteria in your mouth. I would advise not to swallow the tablet since that puts the probiotic in your stomach or rinsing out your mouth after taking the tablet. Dissolving the tablet by chewing or sucking on it would be the preferred method I'm sure. It doesn't taste bad at all. Combined with a probiotic toothpaste makes for a powerful dental hygiene routine.

Did anyone change toothpaste or daily oral routine?

Hello! I just wanted to let you know that it's not necessary to change your daily oral routine, but antibacterial elements such as mouthwashes, xylitol, certain toothpastes, smoking, antibiotics and chlorine are actually destructive to the good bacterial strains that are present in PRO-Dental. As such, I would not recommend using your mouthwash right after you chew the PRO-Dental as it could have a counteracting effect.

What is the list of ingredients?

The product image for ingredients does *not* include S. salivarious K12, S. salivarius M18. I includes L. salivarious. Have they changed their formula?
