Initially for 10 days i was taking 1 tab per day as writen on package but it was causing lot of constipation. But after 10 days i started taking it once in 2-3 days, then it started working perfectly and my constipation problem was resolved.

The product has been delivered in broken state. There is no return policy for this product. I spent couple of hours chatting with 4 different Amazon customer service representatives. Finally I was asked to wait for 3 days as Amazon will Investigate issue. I chose this particular product, even though it was the expensive one, as I needed urgent one day delivery. Even after my repeated request, customer service representative was unable to understand my urgency and kept repeating the lines from his Amazon tutorial. This experience has made it clear that Amazon in India is not an MNC but just another local brand.I suggest not to buy this category of products via Amazon as you want get much help from the brand, not in the timeframe you would expect.
