A must have!
I’ve been using Tend Skin for awhile now, and I keep it in my bathroom at all times now. This product is a must-have for anyone who deals with razor bumps, ingrown hairs, or razor burns – it works exactly as advertised. Effectiveness: I’ve always struggled with razor bumps and occasional ingrown hairs, especially after shaving my legs and bikini area. Tend Skin has been a game-changer! I started applying it to the affected areas right after shaving, and within a couple of days, the redness and bumps began to disappear. It even helped clear up ingrown hairs that had been stubbornly stuck under the skin for days. Formula & Application: The liquid formula is a bit on the strong side with a noticeable alcohol scent, but it dries quickly and doesn’t leave any greasy residue. I apply it with my hands after I shower, which is simple and convenient. It feels a little tingly when first applied, but that’s just a sign it’s working. I recommend using it sparingly, as a little goes a long way. Skin Comfort: Unlike other products I’ve tried that left my skin feeling dry or irritated, Tend Skin has helped keep my skin smooth and soft. It’s not overly harsh, and I haven’t experienced any discomfort, even after using it on sensitive areas. Packaging: The 8 Fl Oz bottle is a decent size for the price, and the bottle design makes it easy to pour out just the right amount of product without wasting any. The size is perfect for daily use, and it should last a while. Overall: I highly recommend Tend Skin for anyone looking to prevent or treat razor bumps, ingrown hairs, or razor burns. It delivers visible results quickly and is easy to use. If you’re tired of dealing with irritated, bumpy skin after shaving, this product is definitely worth trying!

It's great!!!!!!! USE IT CORRECTLY
First off, to all those saying it's too expensive, it's really not if you use it correctly! You don't have to use a lot of it in order for it to work! I've had a bottle that I use everyday and It's lasted me a full three months. LESS IS MORE! when applying it, put just enough on a cotton ball and dab it across the entire area that needs it. Anywho, This product does work, and yes it does kinda sting at first and has a not so pleasant smell. HOWEVER, over time, with consistent use it won't sting as much, and it really doesn't smell all THAT bad. I am a black man that has suffered from terrible razor bumps due to wet shaving on my face and neck. This stuff is one of the only products (next to Barc Bump Down) I've used that has helped clear my skin back up, and trust me I have tried damn near EVERYTHING. I first noticed results only a day after my first application, and my skin has stayed bump free since. As a fairly hairy man, my facial hair grows very quickly. I like to keep myself closely shaven, so I shave roughly about every other day. On the days that I shave, I first take a rag and run it under some hot water. I then place the rag on the areas of my face and neck I plan to shave and let it set for about a minute to help loosen up the hairs and open the pores. I then shave, after shaving I wash my entire face and neck with a deep cleanser or an exfoliator and pat dry. I then use the TEND SKIN, by placing just enough to lightly soak a cotton ball and dab it across my entire face and neck. Like I said earlier you don't need to use a lot for it to work! matter of fact, if you use too much it can dry your skin out terribly and probably make matters worse! Several minutes after the area is dry, I apply a moisturizer. I would HIGHLY recommend finding a great moisturizer to use to apply to the area to prevent the area from becoming too dry, especially if your skin is very sensitive. I personally like to use Cetaphil moisturizing fragrance free lotion (you can find for under $10) or sometimes I like to use a little BIO OIL when I have it (BIO OIL, is about $5-$10 for a 2 fl oz bottle, but has proven to me to be VERY effective in moisturizing and great for a variety of skin problems). I think the main things you should make sure of when choosing a moisturizer is that it's (1) fragrance free, as this can sometimes cause more problems for skin prone to razor bumps, and (2) not too heavy, as this can clog pores and also make matters worse. Just make sure that you keep the area properly hydrated. Also on my off days, when I don't shave, I'll still apply a little TENDSKIN after washing my face before bed. Personally, the smell really isn't that bad if you use it correctly, and it's nothing that can't be covered with some cheap cologne/perfume. BUT if the smell is really that much of an issue for you, I would either only shave at night and put this on before bed, OR I would recommend trying Barc Bump down razor relief cream. This cream is the only other product I've used that works to remove and prevent razor bumps. It's a little bit more pricey than TENDSKIN not by much though, but it doesn't have a strong scent at all. It's very creamy and goes on like a light lotion and it also doesn't dry the skin out as much. It does however burn a lot more for me than TEND SKIN. Hopefully this helps someone out in choosing whether or not to buy this product =) PS: all of the products I talk about in this review, I've purchased through Amazon.

Smooth, Clear Skin That Finally Feels Easy
Tend Skin really was a hard case to ignore and I actually could not resist the reason to leave a review. I had serous trouble with ingrown hairs, and razor bumps, mainly on my neck and bikini area and it even seemed nothing could help me. I got the product and within a couple of uses I was able to detect the difference. My skin looked a lot calmer, felt smoother and the red bumps that usually occur after the shave were hardly noticeable. What I really enjoy is that it is a multi-purpose product. I apply it after shaving and waxing and sometimes even as an instant toner on my irritated skin. It delivers incredible results while being surprisingly gentle and I really like the clean, simple formula. No unnecessary ingredients, just one that really works. I have tried applying it to my face in a very light way and it has given a nice glow. It feels like a mild micro peel but without the harshness of the peeling. Besides, it is made in the USA and is cruelty-free which makes me feel good about using it frequently. If you have had enough of razor burn and ingrown hairs, go for it. It has become a must in my regimen and I am so thankful that I met it.

Good stuff, but too expensive, alternative
There's no question this stuff is good, it has no scent, is effective for preventing bumps and ingrown hairs, and it absorbs/evaporates fast. But, I stopped buying it because it is now $40 and the product is unchanged. Here's what you do: first get an empty clean bottle, maybe 20oz. Buy a large bottle of cheap 90% rubbing alcohol, a bottle of witch hazel, and the little bottle of salicylic acid. Fill your empty bottle with about 3/4 alcohol, top it off mostly with the witch hazel, and add 1 eyedropper of the salicylic acid. Shake. Now you can make this stuff all day long for a few bucks a bottle. It's not exactly the same, but it's very, very close and is similarly effective.

Razor Bump Staple
Tend Skin The Skin Care Solution has been a reliable product in my hair removal routine since 2019. It helps minimize razor bumps and ingrown hairs, especially for anyone who regularly uses razors. The key is patience and consistency—it doesn’t work overnight, but with regular use, I notice a visible difference in smoother skin. The scent can be unpleasant for those sensitive to strong smells, but it dissipates quickly and isn’t a dealbreaker for me. A single bottle also lasts several months, depending on how often I use it, which makes it a solid value. If overused, it can dry out the skin so a little goes a long way. Overall, it’s a tried-and-true product I keep on hand to maintain smooth, bump-free skin.

Hurry up and Buy!!
Tend skin is a magical solution for those ugly razor bumps and those horrible ingrown hairs. It clears up the bumps and keeps them from returning also it helps the hair brake through the skin with ease, I definitely recommend this product for smooth and healthy looking skin after shaving.

Not sure about this…
So I’m conflicted on how I feel about this tend skin solution. It’s smells like pure alcohol. When I read the reviews they made it seem like overnight ingrown hairs would disappear or at least make the ingrown hair pop out or pop through, but I’m not getting that same results. I have faithfully been using this along with glycolic acid every night. I get bad ingrown hairs around my bikini line so I do not shave that area all the time. Last time I completely shaved it was ~7 months ago, other than that I trim it. Anyways, I got this solution to keep the ingrowns away and after 2 days they started appearing. I kept using the combination and can say they haven’t gotten worse but I thought the point was to make them go away.
