GoldenPaste is a proprietary blend of six Ayurvedic (Indian system of life) herbs and spices including turmeric, ginger root, amalaki, ashwagandha, brahmi, and holy basil combined with the purest form of coconut oil and coconut butter available. The anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatories found in GoldenPaste are time honored herbs used in many cultures for centuries as a general health tonic. GoldenPaste makes excellent GoldenMilk. Many cultures use herbs in the process of meal preparation to aid digestion and reduce inflammation caused by normal eating conditions. Our coconut oil retains all the amino spectrum of natural coconuts. My personal journey into herbs infused into oils began while I lived in Bali, Indonesia. The local priests working with ancient text called ‘Lontars’ prepared various herbal combinations and steeped them in coconut oil for several days. These preparations are still used by local Balinese healer priests who create the Balinese Ayurvedic recipes. I made some of the paste and I shared it with some friends who also benefited from using it daily in their foods. We make a very simple and effective product. No sugars, no artificial anything. All of our products are produced in our own kitchen. We still hand craft each jar of GoldenPaste. GoldenPaste makes great substitute for butter in baking recipes as well. Just add it instead of butter to brownies or cookies. It is also delicious with porridge and even directly into morning coffee. My favorite is warm Coconut milk with a little honey. WE DO NOT ADD SWEETNERS please understand that you must sweeten to your own taste. Also the base is Coconut Oil, it needs warmth to dissolve into foods.

Good for your furry friend too.
We bought this for our 11year old Giant Schnauzer. No problem getting him to take it. He likes it. It has helped his morning movement.and got the approval of his"animal options vet"Who did acupuncture and gave him a chiropractic adjustment. I tried it ( I was going to take some) but, I didn't care for the taste.Wealso found a recipe online. It's a lot cheaper to make your own, but the dog didn't care for thehomemade stuff at first. He adapted and is now taking it on a daily basis.Golden paste recommended to us by a midwife from Canada and we were glad tfind it here. Delivery was fast and it arrived in perfect condition.

I purchased the Golden Past originally for my 14 year old English Bulldog to see if it would make movement easier for him. After the first week there has been marked improvement. He is much more stable on stairs, and he is back to running around outside. Shedding has gotten much better. He has a brightness in his eyes that was lacking. He is awake, and more alert. He loves the stuff. Actually begs for it. I started using it at the same time, and the arthritis has gotten much, much better. I can move my hands with no pain. I love the stuff!

Product Woring for Me!
I began using Golden Paste, as directed, in June, 2015, and have taken it continuously since that time. At age 84, I have serious cardiovascular and kidney failure problems, along with other age-related degenerative issues, including arthritis. Within two months of starting on Golden Paste, the arthritic pain in my hands, present for a decade, was completely gone. My energy level has slowly improved, and my Stage 4 kidney failure, measured twice each year, has improved significantly (GFR is up from 19 to 30). In addition, waste elimination, a longstanding problem, has become regular. It would be difficult to attribute any or all of these physical improvements to GP, but with no other changes in my regimen, the connection and chronology cannot be cannot be overlooked. I take GP in my first morning cup of coffee, stirring frequently to keep GP in suspension. Taste isn't bad.

Love it!
I use this nightly to make Golden Milk - warm almond milk with 1 tsp of Golden Paste , sprinkle cinnamon, black pepper -dont boil when poured in cup add honey to taste. It tastes delightful, helps me sleep and has helped my joints and hip arthritis. Love it!!!

Yuck
The first time I ordered this, product was separated but became usable after mixing thoroughly. It was golden in color and smelled appropriately spicy. The second order was almost purely oil, a sickly olive green color and smelled decidedly off. I would be afraid to use it. This item cannot be returned. Will not order again.

works great. very expensive
works great. very expensive. now I make my own. Definitely helps control inflammation. I have a chronic hamstring/ligament injury that would not go away, I love to run and practice yoga. I saw a chiropractor for months and also went to physical therapy for months, and this is the one thing that is helping.

I have to slowly introduce this to my dog in his food. He will eat it, but has to be hungry.

Great product
Wow, what a fun Golden paste to cook with or add to your teas. Yummy enough for my dogs food too. They love it with rice, cauliflower too. It really helps with their tummy issues.
