Does this multi purpose Disc Cultivator garden bedder attachment come with the 2" receiver hitch which connects it to the 3 point hitch on my tractor?

It doesn't come with the 2" receiver, just the 2" receiver insert.

What is the part number for Row Maker insert only?

HF2 is the part number, but you will need to call in or email us to order it as we do not have it listed on Amazon.

What width of rows can it create?

The discs are adjustable, but roughly estimate can be adjusted to make rows from 24" - 40"

Can this be pulled with an atv?

The product is designed to be used with a tractor that has a 3-point hitch receiver so that the implement can be raised and lowered as needed. Will not work on the back of an ATV unless there is some sort of 3-point kit installed. Regards, Heavy Hitch
