1. NOT an SSD drive (very slow)2. Keep disconnecting frequency3. Sometimes, it takes a day to reconnect again4. Files missing; after completing copying the files5. 90% of the time can't be accessed out of network.What do you want more...

Do not buy this product!
Product unreliable, WD customer support is useless.After 2 years of operation (1-year warranty only) and the hard drive failed - platters scratched, all data is lost. No support from WD.

Thanks, I needed this.
Functioning properly so far. The only drawback is the online login to access the drive locally. Also, I am not sure how I can access the data stored if there is no internet access for login.

Western Digital takes your money but does not deliver
Although the Cloud Home Personal Cloud Storage was never a very good product (complicated via online access) it had the merit of permitting slow centralised storage.Less than a year after paying a high price for the WD personal cloud storage, Western Digital stops providing the service for personal cloud storage. I now have a very very expensive external hard disk that can only be accessed via my home router.No refund, no excuses on their part.This is not acceptable.

Verkar bra o enkel.
Skönt att a eget cloud i egen regi, och smidigt att kunna komma åt allt från alla enheter och varifrån som helst oavsett märke etc......, kan inte lova fler stjärnor direkt...., måste ju använda en tid men gissar på att den kan både bli en stjärna till som en enhet till med tiden....

Très bon disque dur et d’une simplicité d’utilisation qui fait peur ^^ bruit de disque dur normal permet de ne pas vider son téléphone tout les 3 matin car la c’est automatique très bon rapport qualité prix je le conseille à tout mon entourage et en cas de soucis tout nos souvenir sont dans ce boîtier prêt à être emporter très vite

Oncellikle bu bir nas cihazi degil, bir cok sınırlamasi var nas cihazlarina gore ancak bu sebeple de cok stabil calisiyor, otomatik yedekleme, telefondan yedekleme, plex vs isler icin kullanacaksaniz cok uygun bir tercik olur bu fiyata nas in ancak kendisini disksiz alirsiniz.
