Will this fit a plus size woman 5-7 220 lbs

It fit my husband, who is 6'3" and 210.

For those of you that purchased additional stuffing, how much did you need to fill out the head and fins?

I bought a small bag of polyfill (pillow stuffing) at craft store and it was plenty.

What size is this costume? It says men's, but then the size chart breaks it down, but I didn't see a size listed.
