LorAnn Oils Cookie Butter Bakery Emulsion, 4 ounce bottle

LorAnn is my go-to-brand when it comes to flavoring, a little will go a long way with their products. This Hazelnut emulsion gives you that yummy hazelnut flavoring. When you open the bottle/add it on your batter, it does smell sooo strong and does not smell "natural" but don't be discouraged as it will change when you start baking. The finished products smells and taste like hazelnut without that strong smell from the bottle. This came in a plastic bottle, I prefer if it is on a glass bottle though just like their other products.

I wanted to recreate the hazelnut coffee that you'd find in most cafès and I can say, this product did not disappoint whatsoever! A tiny drop goes a long way and the flavor and scent it gives is absolutely wonderful! It is an emulsion rather than an extract, so it's slightly viscous. I find using a dropper to be the best way to add it without a mess, but it's not really necessary.

The maple one is very artificial tasting wouldn’t recommend

I add this to my protein shake and it’s delicious

I love this product, it is strong so you don’t need as much and lasts longer. It does not change flavour when cooked, there’s no bitter taste like you can get with other almond extracts. It’s a shame it’s out of stock, really hope they get it back in as I would definitely buy again.

Great stuff. Emulsions don't evaporate the flavour like essences do so it produces a good flavour.
