Been using this with all filtered water I drink since dehydration episodes FROM reverse osmosis water. That's right kids! You can get badly dehydrated when you only and exclusively drink reverse osmosis water for four months or less. Then you are thirsty no matter how much of it you drink and it gets worse and worse. Here's why: You've washed out all of your very necessary electrolytes. You MUST have electrolytes for your body to signal and function! Nobody talks about the reverse osmosis filters cleaning out everything bad and good. You have to add back some electrolytes. There are many important ones. This formula just has a couple, but I still use it in all my water and no more dehydration.
