This here!!! I drink a lot of water (about a gallon a day) and yet still I would be so dehydrated, my eyes were dry, my hair scalp and skin were dry. I would get dizzy after my workout but after using this consistently all of those issues went away I paired it with silica ionic minerals I just drink it in a bit of water I started off with 10 drops then went up to 30 drops, it does not taste good but with time I started getting used to the taste but the taste to me doesn’t matter as much as long as it’s pasable and it helps my health. This here helped restore my dehydration.

Product is great. The only reason I have it 4/5 is because they switched from glass to plastic bottles. PLEASE wellness companies GET AWAY FROM PLASTIC!! It is SO bad for us. My doctor told me to take something that contains trace amounts of naturally occurring lithium for mood support postpartum, I believe it helped. Additionally, I notice a major difference in my hydration levels post-exercise when I have this in my water every morning with lime, honey & sea salt. I call it “natures gateroade”.

I have started adding flavorless electrolyte drops to my water and it has been such a positive change in my life! I normally use the Buoy brand, but a health coach that I follow online recommended this one so I thought I would give it a try. I am not a fan of the taste. I think once I run out of this one, I will go back to the other brand that I prefer. I do think that both brands work the same. I have not noticed a negative effect on my body since switching to this one. I just prefer Buoy flavor and how their serving size is distributed.
