Hands down the BEST hoof pick!
The Ultimate Hoof Pick fits nicely in the hand, fills the palm, doesn't turn in the hand when cleaning packed hoofs. The steel shank and tip are solid and full tang. Tough enough to pry rocks loose from the hoof eithout bending.WOW impressed elated to finally find a hoofpick fit for the job!

Worth Every Penny!
This is the best hoof pick I've ever! It works well on every hoof I try it on, from my warmbloods and drafts to tiny pony feet. I'm so glad I bought it!

Best hoof pick available!
Ice, packed clay, gravel. Does not slow this pick down. Best I have ever used.

BEST and LAST hoof pick you will ever need!
I am a professional full time farrier of 21 years. I bought my first ultimate hoof pick about 15 years ago...that is the one on the left in the pic. thousands and thousands of hooves, day in day out, you can see I wore off about a half of an inch. Hands down the best tool ever! Crappy picks dont give you the leverage to clean that frog out. Works on hard as rock dirt, snow pack, horse crap, wedged rocks, you name it. Makes my job easier. Problem is they make this product so good, if you are a casual horse owner this will last you the rest of your lifetime! Throw your other picks out and do yourself a favor this one is the bomb!

My most favorite discovery!!!
Where has this hoof pick been all my life?! I discovered this hoof pick when someone at my barn left theirs out and oh my gosh, is it AMAZING!!! My horse's feet stay pretty clean, but when they do get impacted with mud, I have some issues with the other hoof picks that I own. Before getting it, I own one of those thin, durable hoof picks which hurt your hands, the hoof pick with the brush that end up bending if you try to get dried mud out, and lastly, the hoof pick with comfort grip that will also bend with mud. None of that is an issue with the Ultimate hoof pick and it makes picking out mud so easy!!

best hoof picks ever!
These hoof picks are easy to hold with their big circumference handles and are very strong so that metal pick part never bends or breaks. I have bought a bunch of these to supply a therapeutic horse back riding facility so that all who are grooming horses, no matter their physical capabilities have a tool that they can use, by itself or with an adaptation. They are well worth the higher cost for long term durability, as well as less likely to get lost, and ease of use.

Finally found a big A-- Hoof pick
After bending the pick or straining with the usual hoof picks on the market, a friend showed me theirs. What a great pick. My Percheron-cross has big feet and packs the mud and stones into his shoes which dryto cement. This hoof pick has the mass to really get under the crud and if it's really dried out, I can turnthe hoof pick around and use the handle to hit the shoe and loosen the mud. The handle is large enough to grip like a hammer.

Sturdy, well made, lacks a hoof scraper for top and sides of hooves
Excellent construction, I only wish they had included an edge for the sides/top of the hooves. There isn’t an edge on the tool to scrape off the exterior/sides of hooves, nor is there any sort of brush included. Works great for in between the frog areas, very sturdy and well made.PLEASE NOTE: If you appreciated this review please give it a “thumbs up/like” your helping me to continue to give honest/unbiased insight into products I’ve used and you may have questions about. Interested in a product but don't know enough about it and would like it reviewed? Please let me know and I'll see what I can do... Thank you 🙏

Winner hoof pick - worth extra money
This is an extremely good and strong hoof pick. Good for getting compacted hardened clay out of horses hooves and if your horse has to have rubbers under the shoe, the pick head is long enough to get underneath the back where it bridges the frog, to clean. No brush head though, so have to use old hoof pick.

Pretty expensive too
Too big to hold and the hook part is too big and wide to use on a barefoot horse to get smaller stones out from the white line area. Pretty expensive too. Have one that I got for a few pounds from another shop and works as well as this one if not even better. So not for me and wouldn't have bought if seen in advance. Good thing is that it would probably last for ever as feels very strong and sturdy.

Hoofpick Heaven
This really works. My horses live out so their feet need picking out at least twice a day. The metal prong is so sharp and long it makes light work of even the most compacted hoof mud.
