Little, Brown Books for Young Readers CatStronauts: Slapdash Science

My ten-year-old and I love CatStronauts and he has been counting down the days until this book’s arrival. I felt it got off to a slightly slow start, but it was compelling enough and had the cats’ usual mix of absurd, cute, hilarity. It picked up in the middle. The third quarter of the book was almost too poignant for me and I definitely think this was the most emotionally intense volume for all the CatStronauts (individual characters have, of course, faced deep challenges in past books, but this one involved all of the crew in true peril). My ten-year-old was less affected and, of course, all’s well that ends well for the CatStronauts. We are both looking forward to the next installment.

My son hates reading even struggles with reading due to his slight dyslexia. This is the first book she can't stop reading nor put down. He reads it to me here and there Bravo for getting all readers attention. He finally reads to me without a struggle. I did get this package on time within a reasonable delivery date and before Christmas without any damage. I actually ordered the rest of the series for this book, there could be more and they also came in on time and in excellent condition. A question at the bottom of this review is how old is your child to help other readers but it only goes up to age 5 however my son is 10 my daughter is 11 and they both enjoy this book so I believe this book is for all ages under 13.

very funny and very nice quality books / heavy in weight

This is an adorable series that young children and older kids can enjoy. My 11-year old loved the graphic novel look of it. She also was liked the play on words with all the different space organizations.
