Best bra for running! Maybe Not best looking but great fit and hold. I had black one for years and could not find as good sports bra and I found it on Amazon!

Size is french
Just FYI ladies, the sizes which mentioned here is french size.I bought 80 H, and I found it too small, didn’t get why. Later on the sticker I saw that it’s European 65 H. Requested to refund. And btw, cups also small, I’ll take 1 size bigger

Best Sports Bra ever!!!
I usually am way too lazy to write reviews (sorry, Amazon), but I had to take the time for this one.I have been buying the Shock Absorber Sports Bra for years. I bought the 1st one over six years ago and have been using and replacing them ever since. Every time I bought a new model, they were somehow even better than before. However, this model is just amazing. I don't think I have ever worn a more comfortable sports bra before. Your girls are supported from all sides (they do not move!), yet the straps and sides are butter-soft. Nothing cuts, chafes or rubs where it shouldn't. For context, I regularly run, do yoga and do cross-fit. Sizewise they are a true fit. I would think they would be very comfy for any size.

how do you get this on without assistance?!
If you can do your bra up with your hands behind your back and you are petite, then this product is fine for you - it has a catch between shoulders straps for added stability......which makes in fiendish to put it on solo, and impossible if you normally do the bra up at the front then twist the catch round to your back. l would not recommend this product if you have a larger cup size as even when you have wrestled it on, it creates a particularly pronounced mono boob.

I'm glad I didn't listen to them
I've read loads of reviews saying to go up a back size ect. I'm glad I didn't listen to them. I was measured at marks and Spencer's when I was 13 and I was a 32c. I'm now 31 so I thought just in case my size had changed ( it didn't appear so ) I would get measured again. I got measured again and I'm still a 32c howevever in Victoria secrets I am 32dd two other places said 32c ( so I assume Victoria secret cup sizes are smaller ) Anyhow they all agreed on the 32 back. I brought this bra and did I totally have difficulty getting it on. Once you figure this out its something you don't forget. The bra fit me perfectly. It's amazing, I'd given up on gym in teenage years as all the movement with my breasts just felt uncomfortable. Prior to this I loved sports I was on all the trans hockey rugby ect. I really wish somebody had told me of these bras sooner. They are amazing, I actually want to get another one to sleep in they are really comfortable. My chest doesn't feel heavy. I would recommend these for all women even if just for sleep ! Maybe some women are having issues with the sizeing because they are currently wearing the wrong size ? I don't know but for me, this bra is a keeper.

32C not True to sizing...waaay too small.
I don't usually write reviews, but regarding this product in terms of sizing, the item sizing seems totally off the mark! Ordered 32C and I would say sizing was more like a 28B! Way way too small! The band does not even fit across the chest, impossible for clasp to meet. The cup size is way too small and narrow. My boobs were literally squished in all over the place and spilling out at the sides and top. Not enough fabric to protect and cup the whole breadth of the breast. Not comfortable or fit for purpose. I have always used 'shock absorbers' for running and they have always been be brilliant. Support in the right places, good contact, comfortable no bounce and pain free especially near monthly cycle where Betty Boo feels a little on the sore and tender side. Description advises order your regular normal size which I did and it's fair to say 'shock absorber' sizing is way off the mark. Very disappointed. I usually buy bras from M&S, JL and my usual 32c no matter where I buy have always fit. I hope the images supplied will help with your decision about purchasing this product. I did read reviews before purchasing and positive seemed to out weigh the negatives. Maybe, I got a faulty garment that slipped through quality control? It was promptly returned!

Terrible
1.) Sizing is way off. As you can see, it is barely across my back. I ordered the correct size for me, 34 DD. I double checked my own measurements initially in case I'd changed sizes (I hadn't), and then I measured the product itself. The band is just under 25inches, with next to no stretch. This is roughly 4 inches wider than my 2 year olds chest, and would actually be one of the smallest UK band sizes.2.) Even if it had fit, there's several issues with the cups themselves. They're far too large. While pregnant, I had to wear an F cup. I would say the cups on this sports bra were a similar size to the cups on my maternity bra. The centre 'V' thats supposed to sit snug to your chest (note, I am a runner, hence why I even bought this product) is nothing more than a sewn on decorative line, meaning that this isn't actually a shock absorbing sports bra as it doesn't sit against your chest. If you were to run using this, I expect it wouldn't support your movement at all, and for a chesty women like me I 100% need that support. All in all, I've had significantly cheaper sports bras that offer far better support than this one. And for beginners looking for start up equipment, I can imagine that having the sizing be this far off could be really demoralising.
