always 5/5 from me to this company. Inside of this is insulated with ceramic type coating, I clean it with brush and baking soda, use it DAILY for my coffee and if I keep closed, keeps warm from 8am -5pm, my work schedule!! No aftertaste, as other expensive brands I purchased. I use their Water heater Thermos for tea daily on their website aswell, all because they KNOW how to coat the metal with ceramic!!!!!!

At first I thought I was just bad at drinking from giant thermoses, but then I realized the water was leaking from the cap, and not from the sippy mouth thingy. Keeps your water cold for a really long time though.

It looks cool, holds a temperature well. But it leaks so badly. I'm constantly spilling water over myself even though the lid is screwed tight and the rubber seal is affixed correctly. It's super annoying. I'm way past the return date so this will likely be sent to Goodwill. Such a shame, because everyone says these are great.

I needed a carafe or thermos just big enough for the coffee from my 1 liter French press, liked what I saw about this small zojirushi one, took a chance, glad I did. After pouring my first cup of coffee from the press, the remainder easily fits into this thermos, with maybe a couple inches to spare. Keeps the coffee warm all day; not important because we drink the coffee in an hour, but good to know. The main thing is that the coffee now no longer sits in the sludge from my oily French roast grinds, problem solved. Easier to clean than I expected. Petite, clean-looking shape, takes minimal counter space.

She says it’s the best thing I’ve ever bought her.. don’t know if this is a compliment on the product or a jab... 😒Jokes aside, this thermos works like a champ; very easy to clean and keeps her coffee hot all day. Amazing functionality. Highly recommend. The Japanese really do care. Craftsmanship. Legit.
