Can you also use this to make yogurt?

I use this product to make thick vegan soy yogurt in the Instant Pot and it works without fail! I use Edensoy Unsweetened Organic soy milk, the one with 12 grams of protein. Lower protein soy milks don't seem to work.

Can you use it for cream cheese?

it might give your cream cheese a different flavor. i use it for cheese curds. if you try it and dont like it you can always make a more solid cheese with it. good luck
