My laser printer is 10 years old. I was getting jams, misaligned printouts and paper feed errors. I removed both rollers and cleaned them and I have not had a jam or feed error since. This stuff works.

I am rewriting this product review because I recently contacted the company that shipped this item to me. I explained to them that this product did not work for my purposes. The immediately made it right and issued me a full refund. I have to give them 4 stars for being exceptional in this area. The product did not work for my printer however, maybe my rollers were too far gone or needed additional attention. Idk. I'm just thankful that the company that provided this item was so generous and helpful to me.

I have a laser multi-function printer/scanner/copier/fax which encountered paper jams about every 5 pages. I was ready to give up and buy a new printer when I decided to check on Youtube to see if anyone had a similar problem. I found a video of someone who used this spray to rejuvenate his printer (by chance, he fixed the same model as my printer). So, I bought a can of this and some makeup applicators like in his video and decided to give this a try. I put on a vapor mask and latex gloves, then sprayed some of this (over a garbage can, like in his video) onto a makeup applicator, then rubbed the applicator all around the rubber pickup roller of the printer. I didn't have anything to print for a few days so just left alone.Over the next few days, I did have a few sheets to print so did without any jams.The real test was today in printing out my tax return which is 40 pages. Result: The printing went flawlessly. Not a single paper jam. My printer works as good as new. This spray brought new life to a printer I was ready to part with.Final verdict: 2 Thumbs up and 5 Stars.

Being a PC tech for years our business recently had me get certified in printer repair. Knowing one of the biggest issues we run into is a roller here or there just not grabbing well enough. Obviously the manufacture wants us to just replace the rollers which in some cases is not a big issue but in some it is. I bought and tried this stuff on my own on two very good printers I had put in storage because they were having just this issue. One does not have new rollers available and the other has rollers that cost about a hundred dollars. Well I sprayed both of the main pickup rollers with this and also rubbed them down I would say lightly to medium pressure. Well it's been 2 weeks and both of these printers are still going and working almost perfectly just one of them on one single print job had the same issue but opening and closing the tray led it to work as intended. As another little expirement I sprayed this on a old very dry rubber band I had it was not cracking but completely dried out. I sprayed and left over night and the next day it was almost like new I was pretty blown away. So overall an excellent product if used as intended awesome job Spraway!
