This product works great for the iMac gives me lots of extra ports and the ability to use a usb and sim cards

I really like this product. It’s really light but still durable and firm. I have also consistently dragged it across a raw, cement finish and it didn’t scratch my hub at all. It also had 3 USB hubs which I find helpful connecting a mouse, keyboard and USB on a Mac. Would love it more if it had an ethernet cable slot though but that would change the sleek and thin look that I like. The only thing I did not know is that the HUB requires some good power going through it for all the ports to work. For example, I used it on a 2015 MacBook Retina and it didn’t have enough power to let me use the USB ports. However, if I do plug in my charger in the hub whilst connected to the Mac, it works perfectly. This might just be a case for older laptops though, I’m sure newer ones can support it fully by itself.I asked the support team about it and they responded fast, simple, and really informative. Basically, this product’s support after-sales is also good. Easy to communicate with and positive attitude.But overall, great product in my experience. Doesn’t heat up as well and let’s my Mac charge fast. Great support team. The price is really great for this product and customer service.

PRODUCT: Compared to my other 2 usb-c hubs the Lention one worked amazingly with a great connection and no lag. However, after 2 months it stopped working altogether randomly. I was very gentle with the product and did not move it from my desk.CUSTOMER SERVICE: I reached out to the manufacturer and they promptly sent me a replacement. I received the replacement and it works as the first one did, great connection with zero lag. Customer service was a delight to work with.*I took off one star due to the fact the product stopped working after 2 months. For something that is so universal and has everything you need and more it us a huge bang for your buck in this bad boy. I have only used a small portion of its capabilities but I swap it between a tablet, laptop, pc and game system and even use it for a military card reader and it works wonders. The hdmi let's me plug into projectors for work from my laptop/tablet and into the TV to stream items I may not be able to cast. I havent even used the memory drives yet but if they are anything like the rest of the product I'm sure it would be another bonus.
