The hub works better with out this extension
used this with a Wavling C Hub. Having problems with it. The hub is only working half the time. Gets kicked off. The hub works better with out this extension. Not sure why? Maybe its my laptop?

Connection issues too strong to ignore
If it's bent in just the right position the cable will work for about a minute but even that connection is unstable. Sending through HDMI results in major screen tearing and renders anything unwatchable.I was hoping to use this cable to connect a Samsung Dex pad to my phone as it has a case on it that prevents it from connecting directly to the dock. Guess I'm just going to have to keep looking.

Does not work with peripherals that require power.
I bought this cable to use as an extension between my MacBook Pro and a thunderbolt dock with attached monitors and cd drives. It didn’t work as power from the laptop was required. Thunderbolt ports provide power but this cable does not. Passive divides such as memory cards work fine but not much else. This should not be advertised as a ‘thunderbolt’ cable.

it does not connect even if you plugged it all ...
it does not connect even if you plugged it all the way in. you have to hold the wire up with something to make sure connectivity is accomplished, and that means that it was made with no intention of quality control AT ALL!

I thought the cable would be wider
I thought the cable would be wider but I realized that no, it was too short so I'm using it but I would like it to be wider.
