Love this spray. I can not absorb magnesium tablets so this is a life saver. I spray on the soles of my feet and put socks on before bed. It does dry your skin but I just put extra cream on. I sometimes also use in the morning. No more muscle cramps and it does aid in my sleep.

فوق الممتاز ، حامل و اعاني من تشنج و آلام خفيفة لكن مزعجة جداً في الساق خصوصاً وقت النوم استخدمته الى الان ثلاث مرات ادهن في سيقاني مع مساج لمدة دقيقتين و اهم شي قبل النوم بنص ساعة عشان ياخذ مفعوله و الحمدلله صرت انام نوم متواصل بدون ما اقوم من الالم 👍🏻

Maybe it’s just a placebo but it does help me fall asleep easier and sleep more restful. I spray four or five times on my wrists and gently rub them together a few times. I do this about an hour before bedtime. It might itch for a little bit but I’m able to ignore it; nothing too bad. I also like the light lavender scent. I’d recommend giving it a try.
