FULUVA 5MP UltraHD Bullet POE IP Camera (2592×1944),131ft IR NightVision, IP66 Weatherproof, 3.6mm Lens 90°Angle, Motion Detection

It seemed like something was not right when I first opened the box. There is a rubber gasket in the bottom mounting bracket with a slot in it for the cable, and the camera mounting bracket that this rubber gasket iis adhered to with some adhesive also has a slot for the cable. The gasket was installed out of alignment with it's slot and the camera's slot, not a big deal but it is adhesive attached so why is it not in alignment? And not just a little. The slots where almost at opposite sides of each other. Okay, no big deal, move on. The camera does NOT have DHCP enabled by default. The manual states that DHCP is not enabled, but nowhere does it tell you the default ip. They do not tell you anywhere either on the camera or in the manual or online in their support or Youtube's what the default ip address is. So I tried the usual ip subnets, like 192.168.1.0/24 and 192.168.2.0/24 and even their example on youtube which is 192.168.31.0/24, and couldn't find it. So you have to install their VMS 60 MB camera finder software but still to no avail. The manual says the VMS login is "admin" "admin" but it just kept replying with "user not exist". I tried "admin" and blank password. I tried blank and blank. I tried "admin" and "password". Nothing worked. I thought I could look online for some info, but this camera has no name brand on the housing, no model number, nothing, nada, zip, zero. I did a packet sniffer while the camera was connected and found out it is actually 192.168.0.103. The answer I got from my question and answer on Amazon is that it is 192.168.1.12. Anyway, I got to the camera login page by going directly to 192.168.0.103 as my packet sniffer said, but I could not login. I kept getting "error" every time I put in the defaults as said in the manual. The manual says "admin" and "null". That didn't work. I tried "admin" and blank, blank and "admin", "admin" and "admin" blank and blank. and literally put in the words "admin" and "null". No avail. Maybe I got a used unit?

The Two stars are for the incorrect description.The unit is made out of plastic not metal.The $29 camera is a better quality

So there was a 2 star review for a 'false description. Item description states camrea is in a aluminum housing with extral protection i believe are the words. Meaning there's a extra housing. Double housed. Not a false description.
