Residue. Comes off easily
Leaves residue. Stripes come off BJJ belt in the wash. More hassle than benefit.

Use these for BJJ training, they’re not too thick, not too thin, material is sturdy, and the adhesive keeps your tape on well without leaving residue on your skin.
