1日摂取量の目安ははおそらく成人白人男性あたりを基準にしてるのではないかと思うので、自分は付属のスプーン半量くらいにしている。となるとかなり長期間持つほどたっぷり入っているので決して高価ではないと思う。 あとはエクササイズのサポートサプリとして効いてくれることを願っている。
