Wagner 10355 Heatgun Nozzle Concentrator

I purchased this nozzle concentrator to help with desoldering SMD components and it works very well. I attached it to my Wagner Spraytech HT1000 heat gun and it fits securely. It does a great job directing the heat exactly where I need it, which makes removing MCUs quick and efficient. This is a solid addition to any electronics workbench if you are using a compatible heat gun and need more precision during rework or repair.

Perfect fit on my Porter Cable 1500 watt heat gun (Model #PC1500HG). The inside diameter of this concentrator nozzle purchased is approximately 38mm as measured with a digital caliper. There are three slots located around the nozzle that allow it to spread a little and hold on very snugly to the full length of my heat gun nozzle. The outside diameter of the heat gun nozzle of the Porter Cable heat gun appears to be slightly oval or egg shaped, measuring from 37.85mm to 38.25mm around the heat gun nozzle. The slots on the concentrator nozzle accommodates this well, as the very tip of the heat gun tapers off to 34.65mm the last 10mm of the tip end. In summary it fits this particular heat gun well. Very happy with this purchase.

+ Works with Wagner gun + Precision work + Faster heating - Sticks tight on gun I got a Wagner heat gun of the shelf at Home Depot for searing steaks. Just so you know, heat gun method of searing steaks is a bit slow and tedious by itself, but unlike a torch leaves no odor, and unlike a pan or grill you can see what you are doing and get an even sear. I now use it to get the missed spots of a steak that is seared in a pan. Perfect job, every time. This nozzle allows you to really put the heat where you want it, so you aren't heating up the whole area. Also is heats up the small area faster, so even if you are working an area it seems to work as fast as a bigger nozzle. It is a slip-on fit, and took some effort to get it on there. I have not been able to get it back off by hand - it is stuck on. Since I like having this nozzle on the best anyway I have just left it on. I think the slots on the side would allow you to pry it off if you were careful.

Nice addition to the heat gun. This item is necessary when working with Shrink tubing. Good quality tool.

It fits my Wagner heat gun perfectly! I had trouble finding a smaller (9mm) reducer for this gun. I’m glad I purchased this one. It worked perfectly!
