I don't know why but almost as soon as I started adding this to my bird's diet, he stopped plucking!!Anyone who's experienced a bird who plucks, understands how terribly upsetting this is and is willing to try almost anything to resolve the problem. He seemed so miserable!When it was time to order seed (his primary food is pellets) I began to order the same item I ordered the last time. But then I noticed several months ago I had ordered this specific product so I decided to go with it again.I'll never switch to anything else! I don't need to know why, all I know is my bird stopped plucking and we're HAPPY

My Sun Conure is a very fussy eater and I am about his food. He loves your seed mix and so do I. Thank you for not adding bizarre things that they would never find in nature!!

My dusky conure has been eating Volkman seeds in addition to table food since he was a baby. (He's 22 now.) Low dust. Fresh. Great quality.

I have a black capped conure who is VERY picky. He gave me the stink eye after introducing this to his diet. I mixed some of it in with his favorite seed mix and he promptly picked out what he liked and tossed the rest into the bottom of the cage. I probably would not buy it again, though there are probably other birds who might enjoy it. It just didn’t smell as fresh as the more popular brands of seed that I offer him.

My cockatiel really likes this food. It has lots of different seeds and also a little surprise - a few little millet seed stalks and a cute little star mineral type thing. I check very carefully before I purchase bird seed to make sure it is a seed with a lot of variety and good for my birds. This one is and the price is right! A note here, I know there is a lot said about the pellet type food nowadays instead of seed. I have tried it but my birds won't eat it. Seeds can't be too bad for them, I had a cockatiel raised on seeds that lived to be 34 years old . I have a parrot who is 35 now and eats mostly a seed diet. None have ever had to go to the vet and have been quite healthy.

My Indian Ringneck is a very picky eater but loves this bird food. I have tried many others. She refuses to eat the manufactured multicolored pellets. She loves fresh fruit and veggies but I feel she needs some food made especially for birds in her diet so she gets some of this daily.
