This was my first time using these. They work great. Salmon tasted excellent. The corners caught fire but I quickly spritzed the flames out and it didn’t affect the taste in any way. I’ll buy again.

Planks are far too small. Single serve portions of salmon. Would not purchase again

My wife really wanted grilled salmon. She hadn't had it in quite a while because I'm allergic and she felt bad eating something I used to really enjoy in front of me. I decided to surprise her and bought these planks to grill her (and our German Shepherd) some salmon for our anniversary. I managed to hide them while they soaked for about 24 hours, and I hid the salmon in plain sight by wrapping them up in butcher paper like the New York strip steaks I'd bought. They're the perfect size for a piece of salmon, they smell great, they're nice and thick, and they worked well. If I really wanted to, I'm sure I could get more than one use out of each plank, they actually held up really well, but they're cheap enough that I toss them after one use. The salmon turned out perfect. I'll definitely buy them again once I've used all 6 of these.

We love the cedar board for smoking in our BBQ. It really make our variety of fishes so flavorful. Highly recommend this product.
