Fantastic product!!! I'm 42 and I suffer from Dystonia and Tardive Dyskinesia and none of the numerous prescription drugs I have been on have ever helped. Then in March my sister, who I live with, did some research and as another reviewer said, thanks to Dr Google these magnesium supplements were brought to her attention and she bought them for me and immediately got me taking them. I haven't had a good night's sleep in twenty years due to the terrible movements in my hips which results in my whole body moving and rocking in bed, as well as having cramps in my legs. But since starting these supplements, my movements have decreased considerably and I've been able to have such a good night's sleep, I've even started to have dream recall which I've haven't had in a very long time. They have also helped regulate my bowels, which is such a bonus as before I wouldn't be able to go for weeks and I'd suffer from crippling stomach cramps followed by diarrhoea which would leave me house bound for several days. My muscles in my back have relaxed and aren't so tight. They have strengthened my leg muscles which used to be so weak that when I would squat down, I would have great difficulty in getting up and I would have to grab on to something to pull myself back up again. I've less problems with my balance now, I used to be so unsteady on my feet, if I had to reach down to pick something up I would sometimes fall and often hurt myself quite badly. I truly believe that they have strengthened my bones and my hair was starting to thin but I've noticed it's looking a lot healthier now too. These supplements have totally changed my life for the better and I highly recommend them.

I like these for bed time as work for me with cramp.

I have tried magnesium before without benefit (or side effects) but this product DID work for cramp. However it also had an effective laxative effect which took a while to kick in and I ended up having various investigations done before I realised it was these that had changed the way my bowels were working. I had been constipated before. So a double benefit, but the laxative effect was actually too much for me and I had to stop them. I will now take them occasionally if the cramp is bad.

I started drinking these tablets because I had problems when I slept I was waking up like 10 times at night, and AFTER these tablets I start sleep like a baby!!! I go to bed at 11 pm and go into a deep sleep till 7 am!!! NO MORE WAIKING UP!! AMAZING, if you have the same problems try it! I feel so much better!

It’s a great product but what is this !? It was always 100 tablets and now suddenly albeit you see 100 tablets they have reduced it to 60 at same price. As a good customer I do feel somewhat conned. May be the manufacturer I have no idea but that is a tad sneaky

Having suffered from restless legs and also arms I thought after reading reviews I would give these a try. I also was having trouble sleeping. After about 3 weeks my sleep was so much better and my restless legs, arms were much improved after about a week. Give them a go they have really helped me . Highly recommend

The MG Sport Magnesium capsules have been a life saver for me... I started buying them about 9 months ago because I had been suffering for many years with very severe leg cramps mainly at night. These were getting worse and so painful they were literally crippling ... the cramp would affect several muscles in my upper leg so that I could not walk when the attack was in progress ... and it could last for about 30 minutes before it would start to pass off ... I would be left with bruising. I read up about the potential for Magnesium to help with leg cramps and restless legs which is another thing I have suffered from. I decided to try the MG Sport Magnesium capsules because they have a higher amount of the magnesium that is reported to help with these conditions. Having used this product now for well over 9 months I can only say that for me it is making a tremendous difference in that I have not had a severe attack of leg cramp for all that time. Occassionally I have had a very minor cramp but that will usually pass very quickly and allow me to move my leg. The capsules are also really helping with restless leg which has been causing problems particularly in my feet and ankles and lower legs.... the RLS is hugely reduced and no longer stops me from getting to sleep If anyone reading my review suffers from either leg cramps or RLS then I would wholeheartedly recommend these capsules.

I am a 57 yr old male, 6ft 2 210lbs. Active and own a commercial Dump trucking business, all repair and fabrication is done in house, the point is i am physicaly strong , i eat good food so when i cramp, it is Bad, it is violent and extremly painful, i know of no one who has cramps or muscle lockdown like i have. I have had to drive my fists as hard as i can punch to the backsides of my leggs (hamstring) just to get the cramp to let go. Horrible foot cramps in the arch. Hands, triceps, neck. All this cramping and im scared, if i cant get control of this i am thinking 911 call. This all came from my mom, she would take prescription quinine. Her passing in 2001 at that time i had cramping but nothing like what i am describing now, 17 years later. All the advice of doctors, friends you name it. Potassium low, dehydrated, vitamins (always have) you need this you need that, BS ! I was searching on amazon for anything cramp related and i stumbled upon this, i read the reviews and that got me excited. I made the order and i took some here and took some there and it really seemed to work, well let me tell you a truth. 2 weeks ago i was really working hard getting equipment ready, we started interstate road milling about 14 hrs a day and heading straight to the shop finishing some heavy off season maint work that i got behind on because it was so cold this winter. I got really sore and rundown after about 4 days of little sleep. On the 5th or 6th days of this i was in bed maybe 30 min and both of my leggs went to a full on cramp, both hamstrings, violently, thought i was in big trouble. I managed to get on my feet and get 2 of the magnesium pills down with a good dose of water, i sat on the edge of the bed trying to remain calm with every mind game i can think of to get this backed down, in under 5 min time the magnesium took hold and just like that, GONE. No sign, no symptoms !! The exact same thing happened again last night with the same result.
