Nice yarn. Cannot say there's anything overtly wrong with it, but my interest waned before the end...
I really enjoyed the previous work in this series, but I must admit that my interest waned and I moved on to another book before I ended this one. The writing is great, characters strong & everything else was pretty much there, so I should have stuck it out. Why didn't I? I'm not sure. If I could write this well, I'd be more than happy.I read a great deal - often with more than one book on-the-go (typically one fiction yarn and another non-fiction heavyweight). So I'm suspecting that for whatever reason, I'm probably the variable that's changed.Rather than being dissatisfied, I think I probably found something else that caught my attention and so I wandered off down a different pathway.Would I recommend buying the book? I've you've read the previous work and enjoyed it, I'd certainly suggest it's worth getting (even better would be to preview some of the book and make your own mind up).Would I not recommend buying it? No, there's nothing that makes this in any way a "poor" or "bad" story.There are far less enjoyable books that have cost me a lot more - so, for my final verdict? It's remaining in my reader - I'll go back later and either finish it or re-read (and I suspect, I'll probably enjoy it immensely).

Wild ride
There is plenty of action and suspense in this book, however, the plot was also very complex which seemed to cause the story to be strung out longer than you might expect. Also the timeline of the book seemed the most surreal because of all that took place in just a few days.

Every Minute
Really like the characters & plot. Complex story, but not messy. I guess that’s part of the author’s gift. Enjoy!

Some good, some bad
I do like the character of Robin Monarch. But the other characters seem like they pop in then pop out. This is the first of his books I have read so maybe the background is better explained in earlier books. Overall storyline, i thought it could have been better. It didn't seem really well put together but more like scratching for something to see if it worked.There needs to be an editor to correct some grammatical/spelling errors that hurt the flow while reading.

Needs another book to finish story!
The story was exciting and kept me completely intrigued. My only problem was it ended without finding out all the answers. It ended without finishing the story.

Great sequel to Rogue with an ending that makes you want to finish the trilogy!
Second part to a trilogy that keeps you engrossed in the conspiracy that continues right up until the end. This book will turn you into a fan of Robin Monarch when the story leaves you wondering where his next step will take him

Fast=paced, bags of action
Loved this book, and can't wait for the third Robin Monarch. It's fast-paced action that unwinds like a Hollywood movie in the Bourne/bond mode. I like my books high on pace, action and various locations and this ticks all the boxes. Mark is now very much on my favourite author list now.
