I replaced the much more expensive Logitech C920 HD Pro Webcam with this one because it to ages for its automatic focus lens to focus. This one has fixed focus which is all you need when you sit in front of a webcam. No time waiting for camera to focus any longer! Good video quality even when light is dim. More wide angle than the other camera and also nicer brighter real-life colors. Sound quality is not good though. You need a separate microphone for that.

This camera is an add-on to my desktop video screen. I ordered it hoping for better light management because office lighting is difficult to change. With all lights on overhead, the previous camera had a glaring quality; with lights out, it had no definition at all even though there is adequate window lighting.The new webcam has wide angle lens plus a microphone. The image sensor is f 2.7 2 MP. Lens is 4.0 mm. Resolution is 1080 . When overhead office lights are off, the camera picks up ambient light from the windows and the result is a well balanced, properly colored video. At night, lamp light or desk lights are preferable to the overhead lights, and the images are excellent. When necessary the new camera does produce a better video result with overhead office lighting on than the old webcam in that glare is eliminated and definition is much better than before.

Very pleased with camera. Really easy installation. And works very well for Zoom meetings.

Please do not buy this product, it messed up my USB port and now everything I plug in says that the USB device connected to this computer malfunctioned, so now nothing i plug in is working, the camera is absolute garbage, and glitches 24/7, please do not buy this unless you want to damage your computer.

The first camera I have bought that truly works (plug & play) or that wasn't defective. It somehow seems to have effected my mouse actions even when it's not on. ??

Been using this camera for a month from home office. Connects easily to laptop and all videoconference software. It has a much wider angle camera than the standard laptop camera. Have not experienced any bugs or delays in audio or visual. Really like the tripod and cover for camera. These are small pieces, but very nice touches.
