I do a lot of waking on concrete at work, probably 8,000 steps on average, and these have held up surprisingly well. They don't have as much cushion as Skechers but they look a lot more stylish and professional, and they are quite comfortable for what they are. I replaced the insoles with my orthotics and they still fit well.
