This works great in my shower. When we updated our shower it was very hard to find one of these in the store that wasn’t part of a kit. Looks great and for a great price!

My shower head started leaking in small drip. Needed to replace the valve. Since this item comes with a valve, bought this to replace both the valve and trim. Unfortunately, this comes with a 'Deep Escutcheon'...Deep Escutcheon - Didn't really understand what this meant until installation. 'Deep' means it is not flush with the trim. Part of this deep escutcheon sits inside the wall. The Escutcheon for the 'Delta Classic Chrome Single Control Knob' that I'm replacing does not sit inside the wall. Both are advertised as 'Monitor 13 Series'. For my installation, I can either cut the wall hole wider to fit the 'Deep Escutcheon' or simply re-use my existing escutcheon. I went with the latter to avoid the hassle of cutting a bigger hole.Valve - Do note that this item does NOT come with the Delta in wall Rough-in Valve. It does include the newer model RP46074 shower cartridge (manufactured after 2015). If you're planning to install this yourself, I'd highly recommend watching a few YouTube videos. It will greatly help speed up installation and avoid pitfalls.Single lever handle - This handle protrudes further out from the wall in comparison with 'Delta Classic Chrome Single Control Knob'. The single control knob sits deeper. This will not be an issue because this item comes with a 'spacer' that serves to narrow the gap between the handle and the sleeve.

This is a good factory trim kit for the Delta faucet. It did come with a nice surprise in the box. The valve cartridge was included even though the description says to order it separately. I ended up returning the separate cartridge I ordered because there was one in the box. The trim kit including the cartridge was actually cheaper than the separate cartridge by itself..

If you're like me and tried to install this over and over and nothing lines up, it's because this is a DPE model. I have no idea what that is, until i finally gave up and started googling. Delta says"The Deep Escutcheon version is designed for installations where the valve is too far back into the wall"Meaning this will always stick out from the wall and the screws are too long if you did a normal installation and followed the directions originally (like me). So now i'm stuck with this model that doesn't work :(

Just what the builder ordered. :) Had purchased another faucet handle that was not compatible with the valve in the house. Found this one that looked almost identical and it was almost $40 less! Nice design and looks great in the marble shower.

Purchased two of these along with the rough-in valve R10000. The website says that they are compatible - but they are not. Once I had completed the rough-in install and finished the shower tile work - I found out the trim was not compatible. The screws are too long and the escutcheon plate would fit up tight to the wall. I called Delta and received little help. I ordered a new trim kit and it installed perfectly within minutes. Unfortunately - I can't return the two trim kits I purchased since too much time has passed. Hopefully this review will save someone else the head scratching and phone calls. I am sure the trim kit is fine with the correct rough-in valve.
