Best cookware

Really pretty and good value
I have enjoyed using my Lava pots. They have a black interior that is kind of like Staub in that it is a little rough rather than smooth like Lodge and Le Cruset. The interior finish is not exactly like Staub, but more like that than the other kinds of enameled cast iron. Clean up was easy with a little bar keepers friend-though my husband almost had a heart attach when he saw mw sprinkle the cleanser on the pot--because he thought the interior was just seasoned cast iron. He was not aware that the black interior was enamel. Cannot blame him for that mistake--anyway so far so good with this pot. Well made nice colors and does a great job on the stove or in the oven. BTW-I have an induction cooktop and I LOVE it-the cast iron works great on it.
