I just received my copy of Jeb Blount 's new sales negotiation book "Inked". Jeb and I have spent a lot of time conversing about sales negotiation and the perspective that we both share is, that it is a really tough, complicated, personal, difficult, exhausting topic to take on. It took me 7 years to finish my first book "Unlocking Yes" on negotiation. That is how tough the topic is.
