It needs to be attached to a fence.

You don't recommend cutting - will it run if it is? Problem is I have a 60 foot section and then another 40 foot section - which equals 100 feet.

I don't know if cutting it will be okay. We replaced several sections because they had tears, they started small and eventually that ran horizontally all the way across.

How many years will this last in high altitude sun light (5,300' to 11,000') before it starts to shred from the high winds?

We are in South Florida. We use these at our preschool. We recently replaced ours after 3 years, but only because the kids are rough on them. With out 100 kids trying to claw their way out of the yard they should last much longer.
