I expected more from Reebok but I guess you still get what you pay for 😂The Matt is solid on the ground it has a nice cushioning to it but not like other expensive brands, so I would say it’s good for the price. Ps don’t wear it with shoes it will tear it up. And be careful with your finger nails it goes right through it, especially when you’re unboxing 😬

Great quality yoga mat and I wasn't expecting it to come with carrying straps!

I used this mat two times and there are already chunks of the mat that are coming off. Very disappointing because I really liked the feel of it!! I would not recommend purchasing this product.

I love this color!

I am really happy with this yoga mat. It's not my favorite color in the world but it is true to the example photos and is a very light and happy color and that's the important thing. It is really sticky and there's no chance of slipping or sliding. I had been using my husband's old yoga mat, his isn't sticky at all. I was thinking 4mm would be thicker than it is but it is the same thickness as his. Get out a ruler before ordering to make sure 4mm is thick enough. I have chronic illness and activity intolerance. I'm only just now being able to tolerate simple easy quick stretches without it making my symptoms worse long term, so I am not able to do much on it at a time. I'm definitely not sweating on it to test that. For my gentle stretches it is doing the job and I'm happy with it. I understood that a strap came with it and mine didn't have a strap. I was dissapointed about that. Overall I'd recommend if you don't care about a strap, if you are happy with 4mm, and need a good quality mat to stretch on.
