Works beautifully with the SL3.
Remember to read the instructions on how to close the battery compartment. This will not work with the SL3 unless you close the battery compartment. It is the lowest priced unit currently on Amazon. A solid buy.Thanks.1. Plug in power brick. Green light comes on indicating power. So far so good.2. Plug the battery sized adapter to the power brick.3. Insert the battery sized adapter to the Canon SL3. Perfect fit. Correct orientation.4. Turn on camera - nothing. No power. Multiple inserts etc - no availe.5. Insert battery in camera - instant on. Indicating that camera works. So 1 star rating for this buyer. This is unfortunate as I need to do an extended webcast on Friday.

Works as advertised on 250D SL3 w/ no mic noise!
I couldn't seem to find a single non-Canon AC power adapter that didn't included reports of mic noise/buzz/hum - presumably because they don't include ferrite beads. This adapter cable does include the ferrite beads filter on the coupler just as the official version does, and I'm happy to report that I have not detected any sort of hum in the video recordings when in use. Additionally, my 250D (SL3) seems happy with the adapter and shows 100% charge with no warnings whatsoever. Build quality seems good too. I'm happy with my decision and recommend this to anyone with a compatible Rebel series camera. It's cheap, effective, and gets the job done for anyone who uses their Canon DSLR for studio or long session shoots.

Works Flawlessly with EOS 80D
I wanted a power adapter to use with my EOS 80D as we webcam. This Glorich ACK-E18 is indeed fully decoded. I did not receive any warnings when powering my camera up with it and I was also able to register it in Battery Settings. The power transformer and battery standin are both a very lightweight plastic. I'm unsure of how they will hold up to abuse, but in my setup they are unlikely to move often. It might take an extra second to power the camera on vs using a regular battery, but that's nothing to bother me. I've had it powering my EOS 80D in webcam mode for a couple hours without a hitch.

Did not work for SL3/250D
I bought this for streaming, my Canon sl3 won't even turn on with it in. This is the fourth dummy battery I've tried, I wish they'd stop listing camera models that don't work with them, it's a huge money drain and very frustrating.

Must have for video
This is a must-have if you shoot any video at all in a studio or at home. This can be used with several Canon cameras using the LP-E17, but not all so check for compatibility first. I use this with the EOS RP when shooting product reviews and it takes away the biggest frustration for me, which is always swapping the batteries out for fresh ones. No errors, the camera sees it as normal. So if you find yourself on YT shooting in your in-home studio with any of the compatible cameras, don’t think—BUY.

Works as Intended. Parts properly Labeled. Little Pricey.
Title pretty much says it all. Works create with no problems on my end. Only gripe is it's a little pricey compared to other options, but it's probably worth it for what it has over other options. Miles better than the official Canon option.

Works perfectly
Works great for my Canon SL2, my only issue is that the adapter "battery" gets quite hot and I don't think it's good for the camera (see update below)Update: The heat issues appear to be related to Canon's EOS Webcam Utility software. After switching to Linux and using gphoto to stream, there's no more overheating issues. Added a star.

This is perfect for Canon's SL2
I frequently need more power than the stock and aftermarket batteries can provide. Yes, I have many batteries charged and ready to swap at any time. However, swapping batteries is not always an option when recording video (which is what I use the SL2 for mostly). The Glorich ACK-E18 power adapter kit solves my power problems. The "battery" fits in the camera without issue, the cables are long enough (for me) to plug into power, and it gives me power for as long as I need it. I no longer have to stop shooting, swap out batteries, and start shooting. Now I set the kit up, power up the camera, and shoot until the shoot is over. I am no longer a slave to battery power.
