Handy tool, got me out of a scrap. Make sure its fitted correctly before use otherwise it will slip and shear grips

U-shaped tool worked well on a MK5 GTI
The u-shaped tool which is tightened with nuts worked great, but don't bother with the hinged one, it just slips off. I would recommend buying only the u-shaped tool on its own. Replaced both of the inner tie rods on a MK5 VW Golf GTI and torqued them back up to spec easily 👍

total cr@p don't waste your money
totally useless item, would not even latch onto a standard nut nevermind a tie rod the "teeth " on it are made of butter ant not deep enough to grip anything

Good but not great
Quite fiddly but did do the job. Removal wasn't easy but was able to get the tie rod off using the tool. I would suggest using an adjustable wrench if space allows. Build quality was good. Good to keep in the tool chest for future.

Simple and very effective.
Used to replace inner track rods on a Mini One, if anyone knows those inner rods are not straight. This worked an absolute treat and saved a whole load of time and cursing and broken knuckles. This just worked, no drama, no fuss.

Worth the money
Great tool , does the job,got my tie rod out and new one in easy enough

軽自動車で使用。 レビューでダメみたいな事を見ましたが、硬くしまっていたラックエンドが滑らず外れました。ちょっと噛み込ませるポイントを見つけるとズレないです。 使用後の山もしっかり残っており何度も使えそうです。(機会は少ないが)
